"I can't wait to tell those kinds of stories again," says Russel as he talks about the nations iconic moments in sports and especially the Olympic Games.
What are you most anticipating about Sochi? They ask the Olympic broadcasters
"It just so happens that when it comes to news we are the best of the best at CBC," says Scott Russel as he introduces Peter Mansbridge and Heather Hiscocx
"Anytime we get to cover the Olympics you have to remember... that this is a meeting of the globe," says Mansbridge.
"It's a gift to be working with that incredible team" says Mansbridge if the Olympic coverage team
"It's a global village," says Mansbridge about the games.

MacLean asks Campbell what she's looking forward to. "One of the difficult things in Vancouver was calling that moment!" says Campbell, Canadian women's hockey team champion and CBC broadcaster.
She looks forward to working with the other broadcasters in Sochi in February.

"Any chance to work at the Olympics is pinochle of the pinochle for me," says Karen Larson from Vancouver, where Sidney Crosby scored the golden goal in 2010.
The crowd watched a video outlining how Sochi is getting ready to host the 2014 Olympic Winter Games.

"As we like to say at CBC, all five screens will carry all Olympics, all the time. At CBC we make a pledge, we will never meet a champion for the first time on the podium," says Russel, explaining that CBC will cover every step of the athletes and everything about the games.

Jennifer Heil takes the stage to share how it feels to be an Olympic athlete. "Let me bring you back to what was the greatest privilege in my life and that was standing at the top of the mountain in Vancouver, wearing the sole leaf."
She describes the moment she heard her name called at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games.
"Send inspirational messages to our Olympians, it will make a difference," she says.
"In that moment I found the power to let it go and find the freedom to make it happen. And I know our Olympic team is working hard to make that happen," explains Heil from when she participated in the Olympics and just before the start her name was called and she saw the Canadian flag- (that's where she got her power from).
