"The NHL is not quite as enlightened," in comparison to the NBA says Tom Anselmi.
Anselmi says that Ian is one of the best CFO's that he has ever worked with.
Kelly Murumets says that she sees more diversity in the industry but not as fast as she would like it to be.
Murumets wants to make tennis more accessible coast to coast.
Murumets says that talking about diversity is half the battle.
Clarke says that as sports became more sophisticated there needed to be more diversity.
Robin Brudner says her experience playing sports with males was "invaluable" because it helped her in the boardroom as the only female.
Murumets says she strongly believes in participating in sports. "There are a lot of great attributes that people have garnered from sports"
"Business is not just about IQ it is also about EQ(uality)" says Murumets.
"She is tougher than Ian and I combined," says Tom Anselmi.
Murumets says that the policies on diversity are needed so that it isn't just the old boys club.

"There is no reason other than the fact that I am a woman that I am getting paid this low," Burdner says after this the did make a change.
Clarke says that as a young child his father taught him that he always had to be 50% better than the other guy to get the job.
Tennis Canada is 50/50 on the field but off the field it isn't says Murumets who is the first female CEO of Tennis Canada.
Slowly as we see success from female athletes it will increase the demand says Clarke. Compares it to the demand of the Toronto Raptors pre 2013/2014.
"Sometimes it's baby steps, " says Brudner in response to the lack of women play by play broadcasters.
"If you're looking for a female CEO I have never heard a females name," says Brudner.
Murumets says that women vs. men wouldn't work in tennis due to strength in serve comparisons.
