Yes, I almost did. Any socialists out there feel like responding?
JT = i know i'm going to be in debt so i may as well endorse it from the beginning
SH = trust me, please, before you trust these two asshats.
Harper says he's making investments in the economy, but are his pocket book transfers (sports tax credits, universal child care benefit) enough to make a difference in GDP?
They send a message to the private sector -
Final assessment. Any clear winner, clear loser, anything to take away that might influence people's vote?
I don't endorse anybody - I just want to make that clear - but SH was on the defensive all night and I thought he did a decent job of supporting his party. It's always harder to be the person in power - it's relatively easier to be on the outside looking in.
Did we learn anything we didn't know before?
I would, if pressed, say SH was slightly ahead of JT.
No, we didn't learn anything -
And they all came out of the closet early

Making rich people poorer doesn't move me
This was fun - I hope I added something.
Wait... did you just say you're a supporter of the NDP? Missing "not" there?
see you all in ECN 204 in January!!
So there you have it. We learned nothing from the debate, but certainly a lot from this thread. Hope everyone had an informative time, and be sure to keep up with us at @theryersonian and ryersonian.ca
