"The general anxiety of making decisions is slowing down," said Tory

First question to Mayor John Tory is about transportation in Toronto.
Mayor John Tory says transportation is a regional problem which is why Toronto should be talking with the mayors of other cities.
Next question is about the increase in the cost of a Toronto metropass.
Mayor Tory says increasing the cost of a metropass every year by the rate of inflation helps ease a larger increase in the long run. This also helps TTC service to be maintained.
Mayor John Tory says that the cost of a child fare adds up for a family over a long period of time and he would hate for this to impede on their ability to get to things such as the local community centre.
"There is no evidence that anything is going to be torn down," said Mayor Tory in response to a question about heritage sites and other places possibly being torn down as a result of Smart Track.
"We are making investments for the benefit of the whole city, " said Mayor Tory in response to a question about some decisions benefiting some parts of the city more than other parts.
"People will know that they are accountable to someone," said Tory. Highlights that this will help change the culture of people being accountable and says he meets with the people in charge of different projects to hear about the status.
Mayor Tory says that he is for "voting going with citizenship."
Mayor John Tory says that he is offended by the Israel Apartheid group's use of the word 'apartheid.'
