Stay tuned for comments by the coach and reactions!
Coach Graham Wise: "We know we're a pretty good hockey team and what you gotta do is learn from these games and move on."
"We say 2 goal lead is the worst lead in the world and we battled back hard. It's just unfortunate the way things happened but that's life," Wise
"Not too many teams have got a point from this team and we'll definitely learn from this,"
"They're very good with second man support and they want puck possession. We felt we had to play quicker and make decisions faster to play a game against teams like that," Coach Wise.
Dominec Alberga, who scored the equalizer with less than 20 seconds left, described the game as disappointing.
I think we're just as a good a team and they got a lucky break at the end. We knew we had to play our style of game and showed them that its not gonna be an easy win for them," says Alberga
Alex Basso, who also had a goal in the game, said that fighting back in the 3rd period showed character
"They scored two power play goals so we'll have to look at the tape and assess where we went wrong. I think we played well it was pretty tough their goalie is tough as well.
It's a bit of both. You're happy you fought back but you're also upset you lost. It goes both ways I think," says Basso.
The Rams play again tomorrow in Brantford and look to bounce back from this loss.
